The sturdy all terrain Grasshopper Classic Golf Buggy.

♦ The Classic is Grasshopper’s flagship buggy, first introduced in 1992 and still one of our most popular models.Designed and developed with the aid of the Engineering Faculty of Sheffield University they have continued to improve and refine the design of the Classic to make it a leader in today’s single seat golf buggy market.Having a wider 36” wheelbase this buggy offers increased stability for the more demanding golf courses. It is also 4” shorter in length, which can help where space is at a premium in the vehicle.

Please be aware IF Customers are intending to dismantle and lift the back end into a car then this maybe too heavy for most, as the back end on these quality buggies are very heavy to lift…..ideally ramp in and out of a suitable car…

The Stylish ‘Classic Snake Head Tiller’ this design of tiller uniquely positions all the controls and indicator lights conveniently in front of the driver, allowing easy access to the power switch, fine speed control, forward reverse switch and battery charge indicator.

They have now refined the tiller design with a small but significant change to the handlebars. This new design of handlebar gives a more natural and comfortable seating position, this in turn  improves the response of the steering, the slightly longer handlebars reducing the effort required to turn the wheels.

The Grasshopper Classic, Cobra and Junior Golf Buggies were designed in the UK and are hand built in the Nottinghamshire factory.
