♦ Top Caddy Ltd care as passionately about your privacy as we do our own, we will only ever use the information you give us to process your order and to contact you directly, we will not sell or share your information with anyone else and that’s a promise.By using our website you are authorising us to collect information about you, however, all of this is essential to us serving you as our customer.

♦ In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Top Caddy Ltd, you may return unused goods within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. We regret that refunds cannot be made for products that show evidence of having been used. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.

♦ We offer 3 types of delivery. The first is 1st class royal mail and costs £3.95 for all accessories and the second is next day courier for all Small items/wheels etc which costs £4.95. If your order is over £100 then we will deliver for £5.95 next working day. in general most deliveries have to be signed for but we also can do a service where it can be left.(ask for details)…Golf Buggies shipping is minimum £95…dependent on location and country.

♦ We aim to dispatch all orders placed with us by 3.00pm on the same day. All small items such as Potentiometers/Clutches/leads will be dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail; they should take no longer than 2 working days. All larger items will be sent using our courier, delivery will be within 24 hours, and you will be required to sign for the delivery or delivery instructions can be used for convenience.

♦ Any Goods that are not required should be returned with 7 days after purchase as per the statutory rights in the uk.

♦ To order Please add your chosen goods to shopping cart then add your name&address and there is a section for delivery address as well as delivery intructions( leave in garage etc),then add standard shipping to order(automatic when clicked) then submit your order after you have added your card details and expiry/cvv, and we will email you straight away with delivery date which in 99.9% of orders are next working day.from time to time some trolleys like brake trolleys may need to be ordered special and may take an extra day or so.For local customers we have a unit where we hold stock at STORAGE VAULTS,CAMBUSLANG.G32 8YL and we meet customers by appointment there.

♦ Pay Pal; Order your chosen goods and click on the pay pal logo to pay. Confirmation of order will be sent immediatly.

♦ International shipping costs will be added onto website order when received(£2.95-£4.95-£5.95 will not be charged on these orders) most european countries are £25 shipping except switzerland which is £50.

♦ We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

♦ All second hand single seater golf buggies will have ‘Serviceable’ or new batteries on as standard with a 12 month warranty. chargers supplied are always tested before supllied,second hand buggies do come with a 3 month warranty,although we must say that all buggies are supplied serviced and delivered and uk components.

♦ Top Caddy Lithium 12v Batteries have a FULL 5 Year warranty The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by damage or as a result of abuse or misuse or commercial use is not covered.This is standard guidlines in this industry,but worth saying we have never had a faulty lithium battery in 10 years!!!.

♦ It is the customers responsibility to ‘connect correctly’ there 12v &24v lithium battery purchase to there buggy or Trolley,in regard to there trolley&buggy being correctly ‘wired’ and the correct lithium connector fitted,otherwise in the event of the customers trolley or buggy ‘affecting’ the 12v& 24v battery purchase then the warranty will then become ‘null and void’.(this means reverse polarity in general),and Reverse Polarity is ‘almost’ impossible to do but IF it happens for what ever reason even with a ‘BMS in the all 12v&24v batteries,there is no protection for this and a battery WILL be ‘ruined’ if this happens and would nullify the warranty(claim on insurance!), as we say very very hard to do but we feel legally we have to say this to protect the product and our reputation….in 13 years selling lithium batteries we have only had any instance of this been done twice and both customers had in these instances changed there buggies(24v) and to second hand ones and there were wired incorrectly!and 1 12v customer (who plugged in red to black!…., but customers don’t always know if their old buggies have been  repaired at some point by reputable service agents or by ‘diy’ owners.

♦ All our 24v lithium batteries have a 4 year warranty chargers 1 year(we sell a 2 year warranty charger for any subsequent replacement),and there is a 1 year warranty on the battery meter(the meter doesn’t ever affect the performance of the battery,and most 24v batteries don’t have a meter)…out of warranty faulty meter we will collect,fit and return for £25
