Top Caddy Ltd cares as passionately about your privacy as we do our own. We will only ever use the information you provide to process your order and to contact you directly. We will never sell or share your information with any third party. By using our website, you authorise us to collect the information necessary to serve you as a customer. We do not store credit card details, and we do not share customer information with any external parties. All card details used for purchases are destroyed immediately after processing. Our website is fully SSL secure, and we accept most major credit cards. BACS transfer is available on request.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused goods within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Refunds cannot be issued for products that show signs of use. Return shipping costs are refundable only if we have sent incorrect goods in error. Any goods not required should be returned within 7 days in accordance with UK statutory rights.
Delivery Information
We offer three delivery options: 1st Class Royal Mail (£4.95) for accessories and small items; Next Day Courier (£7.50) for small items and wheels; Certain bigger Orders over £100 delivered next working day for £13.95. Golf buggy shipping starts at £80 depending on location. Most deliveries require a signature, but a leave-safe service is available on request.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 3:00pm are usually dispatched the same day. Small items are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail (approx. 2 working days). Larger items are sent via courier (24-hour delivery). Delivery instructions may be added for convenience. Some specialist items may require an additional day. Local customers may collect by appointment.
Ordering Process
Add items to the cart, enter your details, add delivery instructions, select shipping, enter card details, and submit your order. You will receive an email confirmation with your delivery date—99.9% of orders arrive next working day. PayPal is also available.
International Shipping
International shipping costs are added once the order is received. Standard UK shipping charges do not apply. Most European deliveries cost £25-£40, except Switzerland (£70).
Warranty – Golf Buggies & Batteries
Second-hand golf buggies include serviceable or new batteries with a 12-month warranty. Chargers are tested before dispatch. Second-hand buggies include a 12-month warranty. All buggies are serviced and fitted with UK components. Top Caddy 12V lithium batteries include a 5-year warranty; 24V lithium batteries include a 4-year warranty; chargers include a 1-year warranty; battery meters include a 1-year warranty. Out-of-warranty meter replacement is £20 including collection, fitting, and return. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect wiring, commercial use, or reverse polarity is not covered.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure their buggy or trolley is correctly wired and fitted with the correct lithium connector. Incorrect wiring or reverse polarity will void the warranty. Reverse polarity is extremely rare but can permanently damage a battery and is not protected by the BMS.
