How to Place an Order

1. Ordering Through the Website

– Add chosen products and upgrades to the shopping cart.

– Proceed to Checkout and enter name, address, email, and country (if in Europe).

– Choose payment method: Credit/Debit Card via Braintree or PayPal (including PayPal Pay-in-3).

– For 24V Lithium Batteries, select the buggy brand connector (required).

– Customers receive automatic confirmation, followed by delivery date and courier tracking details.

2. Important Information for Buggy Customers

– Contact us before ordering a single-seater buggy to ensure correct specification.

– If ordering online, add any free shipping discount code shown on the website.

3. Paying by Credit Card or PayPal

1. Click ‘Calculate Shipping’ in the cart.

2. UK shipping is standard; European customers select their country.

3. Update cart and proceed to Checkout.

4. Enter details and choose payment method.

5. Pay by card or PayPal (including PayPal Pay-in-3).

4. Ordering by Email or Live Chat

– PayPal account holders may email their order details to receive a PayPal invoice.

– Orders can also be placed securely via live chat.

– Direct PayPal payments can be sent to trolleys-buggies@btconnect.com (include product and delivery address).

5. International & European Orders

– Add items to cart, select country, and a £25 shipping charge will apply.

– Courier tracking details will be provided.
